In an age of algorithms, loud opinions, and an endless scroll, true curiosity, originality, and meaning are currency, if only we can tap into them. To be earnest in a cynical world is to risk tenderness: to be vulnerable, emotional, and imaginative. This workshop invites us to explore how our power takes shape when we lean into that risk and resist the norms. Together, we’ll practice and explore moving beyond the surface of “individualism” and “culturally-validated authenticity” into new ways of being—ones rooted not in performance, but in sincerity.
